Family First

Stop managing your family from the passenger seat.

The Family First Ritual is a simple monthly ritual that gets you and your partner on the same page, before the month gets away from you.

One breakfast. One hour. One plan for the month ahead.

Five years. Sixty breakfasts. Two boys under 5. We plan ahead instead of catching up, we're on the same page, and we've never been closer. — Daniel

No app. No complicated system. No productivity obsession.

Kids. Work. Money. Meals. Appointments. Birthdays. The thing you forgot to buy.

When everything lives in your head, family life starts to feel like one long game of catch-up.

You don't need another family calendar. You need a moment to stop, look at the whole picture, and get on the same page.

How it works

Once a month, sit down together over breakfast. Put your phones away. Talk through four things:

  1. Look Back: What worked, what didn't, and what we want more of.
  2. Look Ahead: Get everything coming up this month out of your heads.
  3. Get Aligned: What matters most, who's handling what, and what we can stop worrying about.
  4. Make Room for Family: Don't just plan the logistics. Plan the life.

That's it. One hour, and you leave with one plan.

Try it this weekend

You don't need more time. You need a better use of the time you already have.

Print it. Make some coffee. Grab breakfast this Saturday or Sunday. And sit down together.

"We should really talk about that." → "We already talked about that."

Your family doesn't need another app. It needs a little more intention.

Family First.
